Opportunity to work with GlobalCampus as an Ambassador

I am making it happen!

Are you unhappy with the fact that so many people are left behind because they don’t have access to more educational opportunities?

In many countries, only 1% of students can go to university due to the lack of education infrastructure, while in others universities struggle to fill their seats. Moreover, every year hundreds of millions of dollars of scholarships available around the world go unclaimed – most likely because people who need it never get to know money is available for them to achieve their goals. Everyone loses out, because the advances in medicine, science and all fields of knowledge that those students could have created will never see the light.

GlobalCampus wants to change this reality. We want to enable a free, global flow of information between students, universities and organizations – so that students can have the maximum opportunity to develop their talents, regardless of where they were born or how connected their family is.

Do you want to see it happen too? Become a GlobalCampus Ambassador and let’s work together to connect all students with global opportunities!

The GlobalCampus Partner Scholarship

Type “international scholarships” into Google. You should get about 15 million results.

If you’re a future international student, how do you find the right scholarship for study in a specific university program? How do you sort through the information to know which scholarship is right for you? If you’re a university administrator, how do you get your international scholarships to the right students? How do you get your scholarship and institution seen in a Google sea of scholarship listings?

10 ½ things universities discover about GlobalCampus at NAFSA

At our second NAFSA this week we’ve been chatting non-stop at the GlobalCampus booth, showing off our international talent and telling universities and colleges all about our unique community. We’ve talked to university and college staff representing institutions from 6 continents, heard about their detailed plans to draw talent to their institutions, and the challenges they face in a time of budget cuts and reduced staff. And we’ve been inviting all of them to participate in our global community.

Here’s what universities are discovering at booth #436:

Spreading the word about GlobalCampus!

Alternatively, if you are interested in accompanying Maurizio on one of his country rollouts, please get in touch via the feedback form!

WANTED: Global Communicators! Write for a global website and help future international students succeed!

At GlobalCampus we’re committed to giving future international students access to a variety of international opportunities. Whether these opportunities are the ability to be scouted by universities abroad, international scholarships, or information to help prepare students for the international student experience, we aim to help future international students succeed in their educational pursuits.

GlobalCampus in Africa

Here at GlobalCampus it is our mission to bring educational opportunities to the world: we think global and we act global. At the end of last year we laid the foundations of our growing presence in Africa with a visit to Rwanda which unveiled to us a truly underserved market rich in talent and ambition. Maurizio de Franciscis, our CEO, has recently returned from a second hugely successful promotional campaign to Ghana. Guided by our partners at AIESEC, Maurizio was invited to promote GlobalCampus and has subsequently been featured across the national press and media.

A Level Playing Field

A recent article on The Chronicle of Higher Education website stressed the challenges for US universities in the booming Indian international education market. Among those challenges was the ability to stand out in a crowded field, attract international students to mid-level institutions whose brand names are unknown, and provide relevant information to the right students. GlobalCampus adds scholarships for international students

One of our most exciting releases this past month has been the addition of our scholarship matching tool. When students create their profile, they are instantly matched with scholarships in our database based on their profile criteria. Currently we match students based on their citizenship, gender, age, and educational goals such as study destination, targeted subject and degree level. With millions of dollars in scholarships unclaimed each year, we aim to give international students the information they need to pursue those scholarships.
